Jerusalem Gardens Stone Works engages in building, manufacturing, supplying, selling and marketing natural stone internationally and domestically since 1980.


Jerusalem Gardens Stone Works is a family owned company. Its General Manager is Mr. Jacob Mordoch who has been a part of the stone industry for the past thirty years. During this time Mr. Mordoch has been involved professionally with many of the major stone projects in the world.


The corporate office and factories of the company are located in Israel. Secondary manufacturing facilities are located in Italy,Spain,Turkey,China & India. The company also operates through its overseas offices in USA and Europe and representative offices around the world.


JGSW supplies high standard natural stone for commercial and residential projects worldwide. JGSW offers extensive experience in supplying projects with stone sculpturing capabilities, large scale works and special adaptations as required. The wholesale and distribution departments are located at the head office in Israel.


JGSW provides one-stop shopping service and offers its customers everything from planning, through fabrication, supply and project installation (Israel Only). The company professional staff includes architects, project managers, stone specialists and stone consultants.


JGSW maintains an In-House Architectural Department in order to service its overseas clients. All shop drawings and shop tickets are prepared in-house in coordination with production, in order to achieve maximum efficiency to meet the project's requirements. An interactive process of shop drawings preparation takes place between the project's architect and JGSW architects, using industry-standard graphic software. By having its architectural department in-house, JGSW maintains the highest degree of flexibility and response time to meet the customer's demands and needs.


Among JGSW projects are the new Plaza Hotel in New York City, Edmund Safra Synagogue in Manhattan, InterContinental Hotel in Chicago, Uriah Levy Chapel – US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Salt Lake City and Milwaukee Public Libraries, Old Mamilla Quarter in Jerusalem and many more.


JGSW supplies raw materials from quarries in Israel and around the world, according to customer needs. The Jerusalem Stone is the leading brand of the company and is available in different colors and sizes. The Jerusalem Stone product line contains a wide variety of finishes from the limestone quarries of Israel.


In addition, JGSW supplies Granite, Marble, Limestone, Travertine, Onyx and all natural stones from around the world according to customer needs.
 
JGSW assigns quality control teams to all production lines and maintains the highest quality of stone production standards. Our QC teams include engineers and operation managers which supervises all production lines around the world.


JGSW offers its customers Value Engineering modified to the project budget. The company capabilities in this process are thanks to our worldwide operating centers which allow us accessibility to all kinds of natural stone in the world.

Corporate general information:

JGSW is an Israeli based company; the headquarters are located in Har Tuv and consist of more than 30,000 s.f of factory and offices. This facility employs 50 technical, administrative and production personnel in addition to sub-contractors internationally. The departments include Marketing & Sales, Import & Export, International projects, Factory management, Architectural department, Production & packaging and Financial department.

In addition, JGSW Import & Export department provides updates for the client along the stone supply process, shipment coordination and constant information about the production, balance and delivery.
JGSW technical personal and architectural department is ready to give any information and support needed along the project.

The strength of the Jerusalem Stone has been proven all over the world in extreme cold and warm weather. Thus, the Jerusalem Stone can be found in projects in a variety of climate.


Using Jerusalem Stone can also benefit Green Building system according to LEED standard. The Jerusalem Stone can be used for all applications: Interior/ Exterior/ Cladding/ Flooring/ Cut- To- Size/ Special Elements.
